2. The position of the paper receiving tooth row tooth pad and the position of the impression cylinder tooth pad correspond to each other Do not lead or lag, resulting in unstable handover

3. The tooth pad of the paper receiving chain row should be on a plane That is to say, the precondition of paper positioning state shall be ensured during handover, and the surface shall have a large friction coefficient

4. The opening and closing of the teeth of the paper receiving chain row should be consistent That is to prevent local friction transmission from being damaged, causing imprint sliding or tearing

5. The biting force of the paper receiving tooth row shall meet the printing requirements Since the paper receiving chain is directly involved in the printing process, its bite force must be large enough to remove the paper from the rubber drum, otherwise it will stick to the surface of the blanket However, if the bite force of the dental pad is too large, the long-term impact will cause the change of the position of the dental pad, which will affect the stability of the handover

the best way to solve this problem is to make the paper completely leave the rubber roller. Only after the sensor cylinder is replaced, it is transferred from the imprint cylinder to the paper receiving cylinder, so that the paper receiving chain has a small bite force At present, some equipment change the impression cylinder to double diameter cylinder, and some equipment add two paper transfer cylinders after the last group of impression cylinders

7.
